Week 5: Unify


Join us in a five-week mindfulness workshop combining classical yoga, meditation, and contemplation; integrating the wisdom of the mind and body to find focus, experience subtleties, and share our individual and community journeys.*

Week 1 - Separate: Who am I, where do I belong? Week 2 - Descend: I let go, is there anything to hold on to?
Week 3 - Initiate: Where am I, is this a dream? Week 4 - Return: I have a gift, where can it be delivered?
Week 5 - Unify: I am here, how may I be of service?

Dates: Sept. 22nd & 29th, Oct. 6th, 13th & 20th, 2:30 - 5pm

Yoga & Discussions guided by:
Heidi Leong began practicing yoga when she was in her 20s and started her yoga teacher training in her 30s with OM Yoga Center New York. She enjoys guiding students to approach the pose with clarity, hold the pose with confidence, and dissolve the pose with gentleness and compassion. The combination of yoga asana practice with deep relaxation will prepare us to sit more comfortably in our meditation practice.

Sacha Sarchielli has a masters degree in clinical psychology with two specializations from Antioch University: Spirituality & Depth, and Applied Community Psychology. He is currently an associate marriage and family therapist working with individuals and groups in meditation and yoga centers in the Los Angeles area.
